Pear and Pistachio Salad

2 pears
One box spring mix
1/2 cup crushed pistachios
1/2 cup goat cheese crumbles
1/2 cup blueberry balsamic vinaigrette


Core the pears and cut them in thin slices.
Wash and spin the greens dry.
Divide the greens between four salad plates.
Top the greens with pear slices, goat cheese and pistachios.
Serve the salad with a side of blueberry balsamic vinaigrette.
