Green Juice Cocktail

I had the best green juice cocktail at a fun restaurant here in Nulu. I decided to create my own recipe for a fun summer refresher. I like that if you are feeling adventurous, you could make your own green juice. We have a juicer and I occasionally get it out. If I were to make my own, I would include Granny Smith apples, cucumber, celery, spinach, lemon and a bit of mint. I’ll be honest, I bought BluePrint Green Juice and it was super tasty. I added some Ketel One Botanical Cucumber Mint Vodka, some local honey and fresh lime juice. The result was light and refreshing.

Serving Size: 4

16 ounces green juice
4 ounces Ketel One Botanical Cucumber Mint
Juice from one lime
2 tablespoons honey (local is always great)
Cucumber slices and lime wedges for garnish

Pour the green juice and vodka into a mixing glass and add ice.
Add the lime juice and honey.
Stir to combine and chill.
Strain the cocktail into four coupe glasses.
Using knotted bamboo picks, garnish glasses with cucumber slices and lime wedges.
