I know everyone is looking forward to the long weekend and celebrating the start of summer! I am excited about the sunshine and warm weather. One of my favorite summer cocktails is a Paloma. This classic recipe is so refreshing on a summer afternoon. You can just grab a few ingredients and serve these this weekend!
Serving Size: Serves 4
1 cup of grapefruit juice
1 cup of tequila
1 cup of club soda
1/4 cup of lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
Cut the grapefruit into slices for garnish.
Pour some salt onto a plate.
Rim the glasses with lime juice and dip the glasses into the salt.
In a separate mixing glass combine the grapefruit juice, the lime juice, and the sugar.
Stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the tequila.
Put ice in the glasses and divide the mixture between the glasses.
Toop the cocktails with club soda and garnish them with grapefruit!
