Amazing experience of a rustic atmosphere mixed with culinary delights. The sweet onion marmalade pizza was a joy. The blue cheese mixed with flavors of dried cherries and rich mozzarella cheese rea...lly made for a delicious blend. Friendly service and organic ingredients. Highly recommended! See More

A must for pizza lovers! The building is light industrial craftsman style constructed open restaurant and sets the expectation for what is about to excite your tastebuds. Our visit was during Sunda...y's lunch rush and the line moved fairly quickly to place our order. Once we place our order we enjoyed a nice conversation while enjoying the wonderful constructed building. The ambiance is a subtle hum of conversation in a packed area with a hint of music playing. Just loud enough to keep our conversation private without yelling at each other. Within a matter of minutes our pizza arrived. It was a bitter sweet moment because I was enjoying the experience so far. However, the time had come to try the pizza we came for. We ordered the traditional cheese on one and pepperoni on another. Just like the building, the pizza was constructed with expertise and experience. I'm very critical of how I breakdown my official first few bites. I sample the pepperoni first. Perfect balance of spice and a very slight smoky hint. The high temperature cook give it an authentic flavor not easily found. The second bite, perhaps the most important taste the pie has to offer. The sauce and cheese sample. Up to this point I have yet to be disappointed. I spin my fork to gather the hot stringy mozzarella and sauce. The tomato sauce was as it should be, a nice fresh tomato flavor without being overly spiced. Cheese is a mild creamy cheese mozzarella and combined with the sauce, well, spot on. Now for the absolute must for any pizza, the crust. Even if a pizza has the best toppings, the crust can make or break the overall taste. The crust is like no other I've had. A crispy bake full of flavor. Even though the pizza was thin, it supported the toppings. The outer rim crust is a flavor packed, light airy center. Almost has a focaccia texture. For the final sample, a bite that has the crust, sauce, cheese and pepperoni. I've had pizza from all across the nation and this is one of the best I've had. With the combination of locally sourced ingredients, do yourself a favor and put Mozza Pi on your places to try. You'll be glad you did. See More
