Blistered Shishito Peppers with Spicy Aioli

Blistered Shishito Peppers with Spicy Aioli

These spicy and smoky blistered shishito peppers are a fantastic summer appetizer. They are flavorful and light, which makes them an excellent snack. They make a fun presentation when served on a slate tray. I love this spicy aioli too! It really has a kick and the smoke from the paprika gives it a deeper flavor. If you are having a little dinner party to celebrate the holiday weekend this would be the perfect thing to serve! You can find more summer recipes here and here!
