Cranberry Relish

This cranberry relish is so fresh and tart. Using a whole orange gives it an amazing zip! This is a classic Thanksgiving side and you are certain to be a hit if you bring it along to your gathering!

Serving Size: 8


12 ounce bag of fresh cranberries
1 seedless orange
1 cup of sugar


Rinse and drain the cranberries.

Cut the orange in half and cut the halves in slices.

Set aside three slices for garnish.

Place the remaining oranges into a Vitamix and blend until just slightly chunky.

Add the cranberries and sugar and blind on low only until combined. (Quick tip: Do not over blend! Your relish will become too soupy.)

Chill and enjoy!
