Ingredients for the salad:

1 avocado, pitted and sliced

1 orange, peeled and halved, with the membranes removed

1/2 cup snow peas, trimmed and washed

1/2 cup colorful radishes, peeled and thinly sliced

2 cups of frisée, washed and patted dry

2 tablespoons of black sesame seeds

Ingredients for the vinaigrette:

2 limes, juiced

2 lemons, juiced

1/2 cup of olive oil

2 tablespoons of honey

1 tablespoon of dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions for the salad:

Arrange a bed of frisée as the base.

Add in a layer of radishes, mixing colors to make a pleasing arrangement.

Tuck in snow peas and avocado slices.

Add the thin slices of oranges.

Dust the salad with black sesame seeds.

Instructions for the salad:

In a small bowl, pour in the lime juice, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Add the dijon mustard and honey.
