Ingredients:

1 loaf of french bread

1/2 cup of olive oil

1 package of cream cheese, softened

1 box of Boursin

1/2 cup of fresh chives, finely chopped

1/2 cup of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

1 large watermelon radish, peeled, and finely sliced, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350 degrees.

Cut the baguette into thin slices.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Brush the olive oil onto each slice with a pastry brush.

Bake the crostini for about 20 minutes or until golden and toasty.

Set the crostini aside to cool slightly.

In a medium bowl, mix the Boursin and the cream cheese.

Add in the parsley and chives.

Mix the spread until all of the herbs and cheese are well combined.

Spread a spoonful of the herbed cheese on each crostini.

Top each with a few bite-sized slices of watermelon radish.

Place the crostini on a serving platter and enjoy!
