Blue Lagoon Lemonade

Blue Lagoon Lemonade

As we near spring, I am looking to feel refreshed and reinvigorated. I had this Blue Lagoon Lemonade at the cutest juice shop in Boulder and thought I would re-create it on my own. It is beautiful, delicious, and has a ton of health benefits. Blue spirulina is rich in nutrients and antioxidants. I thought this would be the perfect post-workout refresher.

We all love a glass of lemonade and this takes it to the next level. It has peppermint oil and lavender oil, which make it refreshing and tasty. I love using local honey, so that is what I sweetened this with. You could use agave nectar to sweeten yours if you would prefer that. This will put some pep in your step and start the day in a great way! You can find more healthy recipes here and here!
