Ingredients:
For the potatoes:
5 pounds of gold potatoes
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of salt
1 tablespoon of fresh cracked pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the sauce:
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons of salt
Instructions:
For the potatoes:
Set the oven to 350 degrees.
Wash and cube the potatoes.
Put the cubed potatoes into a large bowl.
Coat the potatoes in olive oil and garlic.
Season them with salt and pepper.
Spread the potatoes on a parchement lined baking sheet.
Place the potatoes in the oven and bake them until they are golden brown, about 45 minutes.
For the sauce:
In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish.
Season the sauce with salt.
Chill the sauce while the potatoes bake.
